Mark did a excellent job and guided me with clear instructions on the process. The whole process in my opinion takes to long with too many people involved. I wanted a small loan on a house which had no mortage and it seems the process should take shorter amount of time. I admittedly sought out other avenues for this loan while waiting. Mark's steady communication with me on the process kept me excited to get the loan through Mutual of Omaha.

I didn't own a computer until I turned 30 years old I am 62 years old now and needless to say my eyes are not quick and bright, my agility and dexterity which used to be above average is far below that now !
