I all started with tloud initial conversation. Eric was informative and not pushy and was great about laying out all the options with some pros and cons. From there it was all about the follow through and communication to get everything done to get the loan closed. it was all transparent and well planned. We really couldn't be happier with how everything worked out .

This experience give me a opportunity to get my home ownership legal things like zoning and tile correct. I did not know my property was zone incorrect and my ground rent had to be redeem to get a clear tile. Hopefully this will help when I'm making future decisions.

Eric made the experience great. He was attentive and responsive to questions, was easy to get in touch with and was always informative and patient. He even got on a call with me to obtain needed information that I was having trouble getting. Refinancing was a big desicion and at times overwhelming. Eric made the process so much less scary.
