Yes, what made my personal experience great was the transparent but genuine persona/professionalism that Ben displayed from our initial conversation to the day of the closing. Throughout the process, Ben communicated with me on a weekly consisted basis, he answered all of my questions while always reassuring me to not be overly concerned.
