Mark was absolutely amazing... keeping us posted every step of the way. If I had concerns or questions, he was there to assist with no hesitation. There were a few changes and hiccups in working with the processor to prepare for the underwriters/closing, but he explained everything that was happening, how it would affect things and helped me stay calm. A+ service all the way!

Chris was amazing during the entire process. He was always there to answer any of my questions and got back to me very quickly, no matter what he was doing (even at the gym). :)
