Tracy was very helpful in trying to get me the best deal and help meet my needs. She explained anything I was confused about to help me understand the process better. She was usually excellent at getting back to me in a timely fashion, and if I couldn’t get ahold of her I was typically get ahold of a member of the team that was assisting me

Micheal Krach, was an excellent communicator of the necessary information in y securing my home equity loan. I had no experience in this type of process which was very daunting and a “scary” for lack of a better word. Mark was absolutely amazing... keeping us posted every step of the way. If I had concerns or questions, he was there to assist with no hesitation. There were a few changes and hiccups in working with the processor to prepare for the underwriters/closing, but he explained everything that was happening, how it would affect things and helped me stay calm. A+ service all the way!
