Paul really personalized his service to me. I was not only informed: but aided all along the way in filling out forms and being guided step by step through the entire application process. He so impressed me during a previous refi with another company that I chased him down to help me with this one. Friends, acquantances and familiy will definity be steared in his direction should their need arise. Along the way, I found not just a finance professional; but, a true friend.

Isaiah and his team was able to provide me assistance with my refinance when no one else would even consider my case. He was able to get me from applying to closing within 3 weeks. I spent 3 months with my previous lender reapplying for a HELOC over 3 times, only to be denied multiple times. I was about to give up, and found his team online.

Working with Paul made the entire process worth while. He answered my many questions professionally and with clarity. My only concern was dealing with the personal dispersement. It was not his fault because the notary didn't request a voided bank check when she met with me. I would have much preferred that it went directly to my Bank of America account. Other than that issue I have been very pleased working with Paul. Thank you!!!
