I'm an old widow who'd never done this before. I've been trusting (gullible) my whole life, and now I'm in the group known for being targets, so I was downright scared. Jinnette told me from the beginning she'd be there for me through everything, night or day - and she has been. Notice I didn't say "was"? The closing is done, and she's still there. She's held my hand, played the baby sitter, and guided me through inspections, assessments, etc., and always let me know what was next. She absolutely took care of everything!
