My VA loan required specific documents (pest inspection, water test, etc.). The entire process would have been completed much quicker if all documents required had been identified at the start of the process. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Nathan and his team were very responsive.

Jinnette was very responsive to my questions as they arose. That plays big with us. Also, I liked the attitude that our deal could be done, we just need to address all the factors to make it work. More like the glass "half full" vs "half empty" approach. That is a stellar attitude. Two things that I would have preferred more insight on. (1) Payout to the credit card vendors.
