Jinnette was on top of everything for our refinance. she explained every step in the process very professionally and pleasantly. She made sure we understood the results of each step and how each step moved us closer to closing. Jinnette would then explain what to expect next. There were no surprises. Dealing with Jake was very good. The closing process was not as good as I thought it should be for a company like yours. I don't understand why the money could not be wired to where it needed to go.
