My loan officer, Justin Caruso, assisted me from the beginning to the end. My agent was available and answered any questions I had. It was a very memorable experience. I had almost given up on an equity loan. Justin had walked me thru all the steps and made it seem easy. He was friendly, light hearted and very easy to talk to.
