My loan officer, Justin Caruso, assisted me from the beginning to the end. My agent was available and answered any questions I had. It was a very memorable experience. I had almost given up on an equity loan. Justin had walked me thru all the steps and made it seem easy. He was friendly, light hearted and very easy to talk to. Broc would return our call within 10-15 min. and always had an answer for us. I also like that he would txt me instead of calling, that made it easier for me working in a place that makes it hard to hear a cell ringing.
