Broc was most helpful throughout the entire experience. He was always available to answer my questions emails, texts and phone calls. Believe me I had plenty of questions. He made me feel my needs were important. He put me at ease from the very beginning. He was very friendly and easy to work with. At the same time he was very knowledgeable and explained the process and what was needed. With his hard work and the work Monika did we completed everything in about three weeks. My VA loan required specific documents (pest inspection, water test, etc.). The entire process would have been completed much quicker if all documents required had been identified at the start of the process. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Nathan and his team were very responsive.
