Very good experience totally The entire process has been less than 30 days. Jeremy always answered my call when I had questions. I am waiting on notary to come to house to finalize deal hopefully this week. My interest rate was favorable over other lenders i shopped around with. Jeremy just had all of his ducks in a row and it's off to the kitchen table I go to finalize and close and get the entire process done within 30 to 35 days.
