It was a great experience Anyone who takes time out of their family trip in Mexican to help with an issue that popped up is someone I like to work with.
A little hard to keep loan terms and short lived mortgage I had to fight pretty good to keep the loan rates that were I was looking for in the beginning of the process. ( interest rate and length of loan). I feel like there was some frustration on their end as well as mine before I had to talk to a supervisor to get my stated rates. I felt comfortable throughout the process Chase Watson was amazing. Kept us informed the entire time updates, sending messages to see if we were having any questions. Communication was easy and always worked around our time.
