One of the worst business tactics, bad communication. Got higher rate than what I was promised. Kept asking questions about all my records. I felt the integration and the frustration I was put through. I well refinance ASAP
Poor communication.
Nancy Mooreland was near impossible to contact early on in the mortgage process. The only way to get her to answer my questions I had to have the sales person Gehan to get her to answer my questions.
Working with the mortgage company want as great of an experience that I have had with the other 6 homes I have bought. Having to repeated submit the same documents numerous times was an issue. I would never buy another Gehan Home!! I would never recommend it to anyone. I have never dealt with such an unorganized company in previous builders that have built my home. Also, Gehan needs to make it more convenient for the buyer to close. Driving an hour away to close is unprofessional.
Brookhollow Mortgage obviously does not care about closing compliant loans. I was not issued an approval within 30 days of application and they missed a COC. It’s bad enough the law allows Gehan to basically force me to use a lender, let alone a non-compliant lender.
