We had a very positive experience with our very sick pup on a Sat night at 11pm!! So thankful for the kindness and patience of the staff! And, the thorough and professional exam and treatment. Highly recommend!

I didn't know this place was even in Nashville and I have live here all my life. Its a great place friendly staff good care of my dog. I just wish ALL vets didn't cost so much period. They all want us to take animals from Shelters but when they get sick a lot of us can't afford to care for them.

I brought my 15 week old Australian shepherd in because of digestive issues and inability to keep food down. Everyone was extremely nice and explained what the possibilities were before some tests were run and answered all of my questions. We received medication for a parasite and instructions for recovery and we were on our way. My pup is feeling much better thanks to NVS!

I brought my 15 week old Australian shepherd in because of digestive issues and inability to keep food down. I cannot begin to express how completely thrilled we are with the treatment that both our dog and we have received from Dr. Vancil and his team. Not only has this team greatly improved our dogs quality of life but also helped us cope on this emotional journey. If possible would give a million stars!!!!

My sweet Beckett was admitted into ICU just a few days ago and they have been absolutely amazing! From the moment I brought him in I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and that they were his best bet at surviving. I loved being able to see him nightly while his ICU nurse Morgan and Dr. Clark were very knowledgeable and kind hearted individuals � Beckett thanks you for everything you’ve done!

My Millie was there twice and had to be brought in on a gurney both times. The young women were so kind and gentle with Millie. I will never forget their sweet gentle spirits with my baby, Millie. When it came to the end of life for my Millie, the veterinarian was with me and Millie was wonderful. She just understood the love I feel for Millie and gave us our private time before and after death. I am so appreciative to all of the staff there. The ladies at the desk were also kind and thoughtful.

My 7 year old Beardie Collie, Max, had 60-70% kidney failure. I had lots of questions about context for the problem and how to gauge how bad it was, the options at hand, processes and the path each option put us on. Dr. Smith was great at Q&A. She spent the time I needed to make the best decision and get comfortable. Dr. Smith at NVS was a great communicator to an overwrought dog-mom. Thank you!
