I wanted to thank your staff for their incredible kindness this weekend (Saturday night and Sunday). Although I didn't have a previous relationship with you, you accepted my kitty, Yuki after she died so she could rest with you over the weekend until Pet Angel opened on Monday. I was not able to be in attendance in person for my feline child who was referred here for an echo on his heart. My husband took Alastor in my place, and they were so kind to phone me in on the appointment and consultation to explain, educate, and answer any and all questions I had. I'm so very thankful for the kindness bestowed upon my family, including Alastor!
The staff was great and very thorough with our buddy, Moose, as well as with us and our budget. Not the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon, but if you need them they’re great.
RecommendedNVS to me is the Vandy of the Veterinary world. Vandy is our only local level 1 trauma center. If I was in serious trouble, this is the place I would want to be. When my pets are in trouble, NVS is the only place I would want to be. Our first experience with NVS was with our first Yorkie Sasha back in 2015 - 2016. She had a bad mitral valve and would have coughing fits where she couldn’t breathe. NVS saw her several times and helped pulled her off of the first couple until her little heart just gave out. My husband and I are extremely grateful of the Drs and Techs at NVS. They saved our sweet PuddN~Blossom from dying with a severe case of an Addison’s Disease Crash. She was in the ICU for 3 nights. They were able to diagnose and treat and bring her back around. Thank you so much for the kind care you gave her.....
NVS saw 2 puppies from my rescue that tested positive for Parvo. They were amazing with them and with us. They gave the additional attention and TLC that you want your babies to have when they are sick and they were wonderful to keep us informed, thru the night, how they were doing. Some people complain that they are expensive....maybe so, but when a member of your family or an animal that you are committed to helping is in trouble, it is worth the extra money to know that they are receiving the absolute best care and co... read more
Our yorkie, Peanut, was in pain and falling as he walked. We were referred by our doc to dr Rossi House. She was amazing! He was born with a luxation between his 1st and 2nd vertebrae. She repaired it and we have our baby back. She is AWESOME!
