I had a crazy dog mom scare tonight and I'm so glad I came across this place. The staff was so nice and understanding even at 3 am. I wish I would have gotten the doctors name working tonight, he was great and didn't make me feel like I was overreacting even though I was. It's nice to know there is a great 24hr emergency vet like this one nearby. I can't express enough how wonderful everyone was tonight.

After being misdiagnosed several times by our local vet, I was referred to NVS and within 72 hours my sweet Elvis, a Lhasa Apso was scheduled for a MRI and immediately in for surgery. He was allowed to come home the next day. Thank you Dr Young, Dr Conner, and especially Dr House. My boy is recovering well and I wouldn't hesitate driving an hour + just to get such professional and stellar vet service. They truly care about their pet customers and their pet owners. Jackson has been here several times and received he best care possible. In Dec 2015 Dr Roach did TPLO surgery on his back right leg and he came through with flying colors. Then last night I brought him in to the emergency department after he had been limping sporadically for 6 weeks. Dr Good was thinking it was something neurological and after Dr House examined him, she determined an ultrasound would be best. We needed to rule out a blood clot. She was right on the money!
