Picked up our girl, Lizzie, today after her second ACL surgery. Dr. Roach and all the staff are always so friendly and caring. They are always crazy busy but you never feel as though you are being rushed. Everyone takes the time to make sure you understand what the surgery entails, then after surgery, the care and precautions you need to take, physical therapy details, medicines and the details of the actual surgery - you meet with the nurse, the physical therapist and the doctor. Super caring, very fast with an emergency. This may be a small thing on the scale of a pet emergency, but the waiting room is warm and not clinical at all.

My sweet Odin, an American Bull Dog suffered from an incurable condition for several years. Dr. Kelly Wang was his vet and she is a highly skilled endocrinologist. Dr. Wang was creative, responsive and came up with a winning strategy for several extra years of life for us to enjoy Odin. But he finally fought all he could and on Monday morning we had to bring him into the ER. Never in my life have I had such gratitude as I do for the nurses and doctors at NVS. My sweetheart passed on 11/19/17 around midnight. I was in full panic mode, stressed and overwhelmed with fear as she wasn't gone yet. It's never easy breaking news to someone they have lost a pet, but the staff here made it a comforting and gentle experience. They were very comforting and gentle to me in my time of loss and grieving. I couldn't have asked for better people to try and save my sweet girl and to comfort me. They also had her ... read more

Dr. Smith handled our sick pup responsibly with quick care. I’m thankful for a place like this to be available to treat pets urgently on holidays. Huge, huge thank you to the night crew. Thanks for putting our concerns for our puppy’s health at ease. She’s feeling better already!

We've been through two major health scares with 2 of our dogs. Most recently, a broken leg on our 17 year old Yorkie named, Georgie. We are constantly amazed at the INCREDIBLE level of expertise, care, compassion, and professionalism given to us and our baby girl. This is top level and life saving care. Thank you to all of you for how much you have loved our girl on a weekly basis for the last few months!
