I had a crazy dog mom scare tonight and I'm so glad I came across this place. The staff was so nice and understanding even at 3 am. I wish I would have gotten the doctors name working tonight, he was great and didn't make me feel like I was overreacting even though I was. It's nice to know there is a great 24hr emergency vet like this one nearby. I can't express enough how wonderful everyone was tonight.

After being misdiagnosed several times by our local vet, I was referred to NVS and within 72 hours my sweet Elvis, a Lhasa Apso was scheduled for a MRI and immediately in for surgery. He was allowed to come home the next day. Thank you Dr Young, Dr Conner, and especially Dr House. My boy is recovering well and I wouldn't hesitate driving an hour + just to get such professional and stellar vet service. They truly care about their pet customers and their pet owners.
