I had been here a couple of years ago to sit with my friend who was having to make the painful decision on end of life care for her cat and saw how compassionate, kind and patient they were so when my 17 year old Siamese was found unable to move today I knew exactly where to take her. My special needs cat Lil' Bill, had suffered cluster seizures and needed immediately attention. NVS were unbelievably caring and patient with my his emergency and the special circumstances regarding his care. I felt comforted and cared for by Dr. Bowe and all of the staff, as they took time to discuss options, taking into account Lil' Bill's special condition and stress levels, and even mindful of costs involved. They never once rushed me. This emergency trip, where Lil' Bill ended up in ICU, was high stress for me and my w... read more
