Horrible. They say monthly amounts but yet when you get three pay checks twice a year they suddenly change there mind and take more. They all lie about how much you get back when you terminate. They took a $850 dollar fee to not close an account. They are all worthless. File bankruptcy before you ever deal with them.

DO NOT go through this program. I was stuck with a medical debt they didn't pay. Now that the program is over, I have to pay a collection agency this debt they should have handled. They will give you the runaround and s**** you in the end. Please be aware!!! I'd love to give them 0 stars.

I give it a one star because I could have done what they were trying to do myself. I was looking to consolidate and they were waiting until my cards sent me into default before negotiating any settlements. Thus deteriorating my credit along the way. They said having ne in default gave them better leverage. I explain to them this is not what I expected. I canceled the account and they took one more payment out of my bank. Honestly, Im not one to complain, but I literally only called to cancel my subscription. The people who helped me behaved completely differently from when I tried to get assistance. I dont think I was disrespectful at any point, yet I was questioned about whether I was telling the truth or notwhich I feel isnt their concern at this point. I signed a form to verify a list of all my debts and was told I had 3 days to decide if I wanted to proceed. I received an email 3 days later welcoming to *** and saying my signature will be transferred to finalize documents to continue my debt relief which I DID NOT authorize. I called the number listed which gives weekday/weekend times to call and recording says Im calling out of the timeframe and Im not. This is not the route that I have decided to take. How can they process my documents without consent?

The one company that gets paid is *** and their fees are HIGH. They collect their high fees off the top of any money you initially pay into the program. And, they keep the fees whether they obtain a settlement for you or not.

At the beginning I was very happy with their service. Now I can't wait till it's over. I have to talk to three different people at three separate times and got three different dates as to when my program is over. I recommended them to my niece. I made a big mistake because I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My experience has been awful. I was enrolled for three years out of my supposed 4 year estimation period. Fees are where they get you and it is not explained to you properly. Thats the problem I have with this company among many others. The other is they give you false information and the amount of money you save by being with them. Its almost a scam. Your credit score gets screwed which was explained. You may get sued which was explained. However, they keep piling on fees on each settlement. Making it almost impossible to k... read more

After a year of taking my money and telling me a settlement was being secured and finalized two weeks later I was notified a major derogatory **** was on my credit and I found out *** just closed my account I get no warning and they never notified me they werent settling the account no more.
