I have had no problems with National Debt Relief and have settled a few accounts already. They have contacted me to approve all deals prior to continuing and it seems to be working good so far. I am in for 1 1/2 years and I have 3 years to go.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been good so far. Most of your staff is friendly and ready to help relieve my anxiety when I call when being harassed by creditors. When I went through the process of qualifying, the representative I worked with was so helpful and kind. When I was approved I just wanted to hug her for taking such a huge weight off of my shoulders. This process has been easy and I am so happy with the progress so far. In 8 months 3 of my cards have been settled. I cant believe that in another year or sooner I will be debt free. It is an amazing thought!

They started out pretty good. But then they started changing the payment plan, so that, most recently, they hit me for three payments in a row that I wasn't expecting and my bank paid these charges and then charged me 90$ in fees.Then NDR charged me the next day the regular amount that we originally agreed on. I can't wait to get out from this. And it looks like I'm not the only one with the extra freebie payment problem.
