I was so excited that I found a place that was going to help settle my debt and pay it on my behalf. I knew there was a "settlement fee" for their services but what I didn't realize is that they would take it out of my savings each time they settled. This company explains that they need a certain amount saved in order to settle debt on your behalf, which I was weary of in the first place, but what they didn't tell me is that they will deplete your account with THEIR FEE's so they can avoid making settlements which then cause... read more
Well I havent started yet, but ****** explained everything to me . I think the program will help me because where it would take me 5 years to pay off one creditor the program is paying off 3 creditors. The only the I dislike it takes to long to pay the creditors , and my good credit score is being lowered. I hate that. Especially when you worked hard to build your credit up. It bothers me but think it will help .
Representatives of this company are liers, convincing you to sign with them to help with lowering debt, paying off debt at a negotiated rate, reporting to credit bureaus on your behalf of settlement as account paid off.Our experience has been to say the least awful. Our monthly payment agreement, they keep asking for more. We found out they are only using approximately a fourth of the payment to actually pay your debts, the rest they pocket with no explanation. We were told that they would appear on our credit Reports as pai... read more
Somehow someone withdrew $296 from my checking account called Crossroads (FDR) I assumed it was from your organization. It will put me into a position where I will be paying $30 for every overdraft.
Been with them for a year and we are way worse off than when we started the program. They say you'll pay a set rate and then keep trying to increase it all while nothing is really getting paid off. The whole program feels really predatory. They prey on the fact that you're in debt and in need and then monopolize on that. They told me to stop paying all of my creditors and now I'm being sued by four of them. I am in an incredibly terrible position now because of this company. I can't believe that they are BBB credible. Would ... read more
The program will ruin your credit score, if you have a good credit score and you're also in good credit standing don't use this program. I went from a 760 credit score to a 550 credit within three months of initially applying in this program. The process is way too long to settle with creditors. You can use the various repayment methods that won't affect your credit score or place you in a financial hardship in order to pay off your debt. This program is for someone who doesn't have any other option to repay their debt, but i... read more
It's impossible to get help, you can only get help from the person who signs you up. Which that person is never available, and other employees cannot help. It honestly brought me more stress then relief.
HORRIBLE, , asked for info , ,they pulled my credit, , then Transferred me to another company, , NOT one was an American, , THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, , IM Waiting for me identity theft protection to be Activated by them , ,
They have emailed me every single day. The unsubscribe button does not work. This is incredibly shady. Maybe this will get their attention since we have no other way to contact them and get off the list.
