They took 11 grand from me and left me with a 24 thousand dollar loan with 112 payments. I payed 16 total to them, that's where they got the 11 from. So only 5 of what I actually paid them went towards settling my debt. They're nice because they're taking your money.
I don't even want to give 1 star. I told them on 3 separate occasions when to take the money. They never listened and took my money whenever they wanted. They couldn't figure out the day I designated. The first two calls I made were ignored and my request to have money drawn on a particular day was also ignored. So they took the money when I was broke and I was tagged with withdrawal fees. The days that they took from me were not what I requested. They chose to ignore my needs and did whatever they wanted to my bank account.... read more
I entered the National Debt Relief program and all my bills were late. My credit is now very bad. I called them to cancel it and now they don't want to give me back the money I sent them, which they only used to collect their fees and service charges.
BIG mistake signing up for this program. They take their fees immediately before requesting settlement offers from your creditors. They should take a certain percentage or amount each month just like they do when they have an offer. If they were not to take their fees upfront, I would have MORE settlement offers and my debt would be settled much faster.
A big scam. Nothing they said up front was truthful. After a year in the program they asked me to increase my payments by almost double. I was never told my rates could go up. Then I was coerced into taking a high interest loan that would negate ALL of the "savings' they got me. If I could do it all over again I would have just called the creditors myself and dealt with it. Dealing with *** was such a pain. 0/10 would not recommend.
Great program! Took care of all negotiations with my creditors and saved me a ton. My payments were manageable and my credit score went up!
My plan advisor, ***** ****, was very efficient, friendly, and effective and led me through all the steps necessary to enroll in the program but eventually I decided not to go ahead with it and canceled not because of anything that the plan advisor did but I just realized it the whole thing just was not going to work with me and that the payments were going to be too large and I couldn't afford that, but all in all I was very happy with the service I got from national debt relief okay
I just started with ***. I would feel much better if I had the paperwork I signed right in front of me. I dont have a printer so I cant print it. I dont want my friends to know what a mess I am in. I am sure you know I couldnt read what was on my phone because the print is so ******** would be greatly appreciated if someone could print it out and send it to me.
Not too good!!Refused to accept all of my debt!!! Thinking of backing out of the program!!
