I was advised to ignore letters and to keep following them. Im now being sued by 3 creditors which they told me to not worry about in the beginning because that never happens. I missed the deadline in the beginning for legal help. So when I started talking to them about the letters I was receiving from these creditors they told me its too late and that theres nothing they can do. Now after Im being sued from 3 they informed me I could have started the legal help long ago to help me through all this!!!!! I asked for months an... read more

Hello,I am enrolled in the program. I was told Im guaranteed to get settlements yet I have only received a settlement on one of my cards and the interest and fees are building up fast on my other cards. I read online that settlements are not guaranteed with these debt relief companies yet an advisor from *** said Im guaranteed to get settlements. I call *** every single day and they never have new updates. I have even offered to pay lump sum payments if they are able to get me settlements. The *** from *** also said the sett... read more

I signed up 2/16/2023 and was "estimated" to be completed with the program in 2 years. As I made my assigned monthly payments I was assigned, It turned into 5 years. I took out another loan to speed up this process to try reduce the process so I could start building back my credit. This process I made many phone calls because every time I would call I would get a different story from someone. Now that I am at the end of this program I have called 5 separate times in 3 days, and been given 5 different amounts that I owe to co... read more

I set up an account with ********************** i. Oct of 2023. and I guess I didnt quite understand all that was involved. However they made arrangements with a couple of my cards and I still had to have arrangements with the rest of them. My cards sat there accumulating interest and charges until in Oct of 2024 I got a call from national debt relief and they wanted to turn my account over to Reach finanacial. I still dont understand why, but I said okay because I thought they had my best interest in mind. They transferred ... read more

I contacted this company because I needed help paying my debt. I wanted to consolidate and pay off the debt I accrued. I was advised to change my phone number to theirs on my creditors contact information and stop any automatic payments. I found out on 10/21/24 that I am now being sued by one of my creditors despite me following up with this company and making my agreed upon payments. Ive asked numerous times for them to start negotiating my debt but they have refused until I gave them more money. Saying that I need to have ... read more

This company wont tell you upfront that they will wait till the businesses agree to settle after they charge off and that they wont settle with the companies till you have paid in to their program 25 to 50 percent of the the expected settlement amount. So in the mean time, your credit will tank and the creditors will call you 10 times a day. They know this and dont seem to care. You have to weigh saving a few thousand against the costs to your credit and time and energy dealing with the angry creditors.

Proceed with caution: this is a predatory debt consolidation company. It seeks to profit from your debt more than it aims to help you achieve financial freedom.
