I have learned the banking system is rigged. The credit reporting companies have me at 505 then 560 and at 605. They are bullies.
Initially, I was very satisfied with the company, but a few months in, my program was terminated without any forewarning or knowledge. When the account was reinstated, they refused to include three of the debts that were originally included in my initial program. I was highly shocked and disappointed by this. Now I am stuck trying to get three debts that are outstanding into another program.
This business is an absolute joke. I made the mistake of signing up with this company one year ago, at the insistence of National Debt Relief I paid the entire balance off very early in the program in effort to resolve my debts "quickly". They first took well over four thousand dollars of my money before doing a single thing to attempt to resolve a debt, then they just simply continued to not pay any of my creditors until my credit was completely destroyed. Then they struck a deal with three of my creditors to pay them very ... read more
I wish I had read the one star reviews on here before signing up, rather than looking at the overall rating. The one star reviews give a more accurate example of how it will be working with them. Enrolling with *** destroyed my credit, which I was not warned about when I signed on. When all is said and done, they have only saved me pennies on the dollar to date. One of my accounts settled for $745.06 less than my balance was when I signed on, but *** charged me $544.75 for that account and then claimed they saved me $1,173.2... read more
Company puts you in more debt. Was told an account was resolved. However *** said I had to pay a negotiating fee which was not told to me. It's best to resolve your debt on your own. Company only resolved 1 debt in 7 months.
Will be debt free in 4 yrs! Light at then end of the tunnel. I had legal issues that put me in courts for 2 years. **** to $70K debt because of it! I won the case but now paying near $3000 a month in minimums for a year and getting nowhere. Im near 52 years old. Being told it would take 65 YEARS to be out of debt if I kept going the way I was! So in afterlife; Id still be paying. I had plenty of debt relief companies reaching out by mail, emails and voicemails. The reason I went with *** was because of 2 things. They kept po... read more
It's too early in the process to give a complete rating of Turbo Debt Relief/National Debt Relief service. However, they are very good with explaining how you will help you pay down your debt and get financial relief with having extra money to save over the years. Although your credit score will take a huge hit, the start over process is worth it rather than paying all this interest to the Corporations and spending years to pay off your debt. Now, what they do not explain in detail is the fact that you will have to pay taxes... read more
When first started with *** they assured ,supported and made sure to give you all the information you wanted and needed to hear from a company that is SUPPOSE TO HELP AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH DEBT RELEIF !I had to contact them on multiple occasions about deposits and then check to make sure they posted it in multiple cases they has not done so which entails continued fees. No one was there to guide me through the steps of making the deposits and then having to call back to have them post it to the creditors. I do not work for t... read more
i have paid *** $***** and they have barely made any payments to creditors. they pay their fees first and leave the creditors to harass you. that is why they sign you up w/ lawyers, to cover their actions when the creditors come after you. their fee range from 20 to 30 % of the debt you file. they are not a consumer credit counseling service. they are a business using you to make money. I share my opinion of them w/ them often....this is the message today. "i have given you ***** $ and it appears that you have mainly paid yo... read more
