It's impossible to get help, you can only get help from the person who signs you up. Which that person is never available, and other employees cannot help. It honestly brought me more stress then relief.

They have emailed me every single day. The unsubscribe button does not work. This is incredibly shady. Maybe this will get their attention since we have no other way to contact them and get off the list.
I signed up about 6 months ago and so far only 2 accounts are being paid. I am now getting letters of collection from the other accounts and no further information about payments towards those accounts. Im feeling very frustrated and worried why my other accounts are not having payments made to them.

They make it sound so good to start with. But what they do wait until legal action is taken by creditor then negotiate 2 or 3 thousand off then turn around and charge you 4000 saving you nothing or ask for more money. And by the time you figure out what is really going on your stuck with more debt and legal actions against you. Buyer beware.
So far National Debt Relief has exhibited sub par performance at best. I had an account enrolled and ********************** was unable to stop the company from taking a payment. Their suggestion was to "get a new bank account and don't give them my account number." Why am I paying for a "Legal team".
