National Debt Relief did help me pay off quite a bit of debt over the course of three years. However, after graduating from the program in May of this year, they mistakenly took out another payment in September. While the mistake was eventually resolved, it took weeks to get the mistaken payment refunded and even longer for them to help pay back the overdraft fees on my checking account caused by the error. Throughout their process of resolving this issue, the staff and supervisors at NDR failed to communicate or return phon... read more

Company is okay, very much like any settlement company out there these days, but they pay for most of their accreditation such as that A+ BBB rating to attract customers since they appear to be #1. Also, from what I understand, they take advantage of their employees. This company is the example of an old candy apple. Looks great on the outside, but rotten inside.

They DON’T bother to list ANYWHERE that they can’t help you if part of your debt is with ******** Card because they’re an “aggressive” company. Hello, the people calling you are in debt, ALL the companies calling them are being aggressive! They take take your personal information, then say, sorry there’s nothing we can do. How are they rated 5stars????

I spoke with a representative several months ago, asked for more information, and then decided the program was not right for me. I asked to be taken off their call list. They said they would do so. I have since been contacted FOUR TIMES in the last four days by representatives demanding to know if I went with another company. When I asked again to be taken off their call list today, the rep skarkily replied 'but you said we COULD call you the first time.' A grown woman said that to me. I replied to her that I would not use t... read more

I opted out of the program in August 2018. At the time they informed me I could not pay off the creditor and would have to wait until all the scheduled payments were completed. They stopped the automatic withdrawals, and used whatever money i had left in the account, which was around $600, to finish paying the creditor. The National Debt Free customer service rep at the time told me I would automatically have the remaining balance returned to me as soon as the last payment cleared. That payment cleared on August 28. I called... read more

They made promises to cute my debt by 50 percent and have me debt free in 2 years... instead they made some agreement with one company paying them 2500 more than the last balance on my card was and saying court fees were included but it never went to court and I was never given a copy of the agreement. Also was told that they would try to negotiate again once 1/2 of the balance owed was accumulated from the money I gave every month but I was supposed to have 1 year left and even after another 18 months I would have only save... read more
