Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They messed up our account (mixed my Discover card up with my husband's), and I told NUMEROUS of their employees NUMEROUS TIMES that I thought they made a mistake, and they disagreed with me and assured me it was all correct, and NO ONE ever fixed it or believed me until I finally was able to prove the mixup, called and raised hell, and they then went through the file and started trying to straighten it out. - Or so I thought. When you go through this company, you are nothing but a number on a piece of paper. They don't take into account any thing except number of accounts and credit score, yet they make you think you have options. I was told that they have several options to help me, and when it came down to it, I was told to cancel every single credit card and loan I had and go from there. Not a good experience overall. I cannot divulge specifics without revealing my financial information, but the contract agreed to was not followed, customer service was hard to work with. A lot of transfers with a minimal answer at the end.

They claim to be a debt relief company but they dont help relieve dept I have 12k in medical Bill's but they dont do medical bills
Professional and courteous. I can breathe again! When I lost my job I tried to deal with my creditors on my own. It was horrible dealing with the credit card customers. National Debt gave me my life and dignity back!

I have not received any feedback from the creditors. I don't know who or what has been paid off. The negotiations are set extremely higher. It has taken a year for responses according to National Debt Relief.
