I signed up for this service and I called them because I was sued and had a judgement without my awareness. I called them and was told I had to get a new bank account because my chase card would try to take money out of my bank account which is illegal. I was in shock as I thought they were working on settling my debt. They told me that they would have to have 25% of the total debt funds before they would talk to any creditors. National Debt relief let me out of my contract and stole all of my money out of escrow for a their made up fee! CROOKS!

****** understand anyone who answers the phone, when they do answer. Make me call for every agreement they attempt to make, to try to renegotiate into me paying more than what I am already paying. Starting to seem like a bait and switch scam.
I opted out of the program because they couldnt get my payment schedule correct they also uped my payment after I had already spoken to them and had my payment lowered. I decided to cancel and they told me I will not be getting any money back. I understand not getting the money back that went to a creditor but they are keeping 660 some dollars for their fees! I'm terrified! Sounds good when I started but now I feel I'm going to be ripped off. I need things in writing from the mail. I feel they aren't even in the U.S. I feel like the bank is from another country! I need more info to continue.
I filled out a pre-consult online application with this organization. During the online application process I typed in all zero's to replace my social security number to submit it. The representative had my credit record and social security number when we spoke the next day without me providing it. He was knowledgeable about the services they offer, but he could not explain how my personal information uploaded in their system without me providing it.

Unfortunately our experience with this company turned out to be a big DUD. It started out great good info decent repay schedule/amount. Quickly turned nightmare when they started calling or emailing us every few months to ask for more money per month because their calculations weren't enough to pay off creditors in the time they allotted.Turns out they are a front for a loan company called REACH.
