Be aware of this company! At first we were completely satisfied with their services and were excited to receive the credit and debt counseling they offered. The program made sense and we really felt we were receiving the services as promised. However, some of our situation had changed and the agreed upon amount was more than we could tolerate. I WOULD RATHER WAIT UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID.....NO ONE HAS SENT ME ANY TYPE OF NOTICE THAT THE DEBT HAS BEEN SATISFIED.
Takes a lot of time and money to settle my accounts. American Express have sent my accounts to a collection agency, have not heard what National Debt Relief have done to these accounts. I should have not entered into a contract with National Debt Relief because all credit companies have offered to settle with me certain percent of my total amount due without any penalties and paying a third party to do this for me, I could have done it a lot faster without any derogatory on my credit. I have had a decent experience with National Debt relief. I have been in the program for over a year now with 60% of my debt resolved or close to being resolved. They always contact me and let me know that status of my accounts. They have even worked with me when I have had to skip a payment. I would recommend using this company to help resolve debt. I have also not received any solicited calls stemming from the company sharing your information.

I am so disappointed in this program, I guess I had no idea how it worked. You join this thinking it is going to help you feel less stressed and just the opposite, need more money for each offer, If I had the money to do that, I would of just taken care of my own debt somehow. I am so depressed and stressed out, I can't stand it. I would never recommend this program to anyone ever! *****
Service not as advertised. Timelines are not as advertised. Websites to download statements never work. When you do get someone on the phone, not helpful at all.

The fees are not clear in the email of the percentage national debt wins, you believe you are saving certain amount, when the reality is that you are saving less. When you try paid in advance they do not allow for keep taking your money from the account and holding your money when you need it. The customer service is horrible, they don’t help you, they do not have power to take decisions and lye to you.
