Service was excellent until I received a phone call explaining that I qualified for a loan to pay off remaining debt in order to re-establish my credit sooner, rather than later. After a lengthy discussion, where I felt that the answers were hazy and resistant to answer; especially, to the questions: What is the interest rate?; and, Are the payments received split between principal and interest? I contact national debt relief in early October 2018. That was my mistake. They called me incessantly, to the point that I had to call them and tell them not to call me anymore. They apologized and manage to convince me to speak with one of their debt specialists named Jaspal. After going to the process of applying for the program and going over all of my financials a 20+ page contract was emailed to me. I'm grateful for the ability to settle our debt in with other options. The customer service was always friendly. As the income decreased though, I was unable to decrease my monthly transfer which made things difficult. And ultimately I was unable to complete the program and will be filing for bankruptcy. Upon the closing of my NDR account I was surprised that none of the remaining money in my "savings account" would be refunded because NDR takes their fees out last. I changed jobs, and I was faced with bills I could no longer afford. If it weren’t for National Debt Relief, my head would not be above water. They are handling all the hassle, and I’m slowly getting my debts paid off. Lifesavers!!!

Taking to long to make a deal. Not happy with program unfortunately I’ll be canceling. I’ve been a sitting duck for months and few movements. I want to end my debt ASAP not prolong it.
I was told that I would be making a certian payment and that is what I woul make until my debt was taken care of. Everytime that they settled with a client I had to make extra payment amounts to cover the agreement. I'm happy that they are paying off my debt, but not happy that I have to make extra payments.
