Called for information about reducing my overall monthly payment. I was transferred from one representative to the next, a total of about 5 or 6 times, who kept asking for the same exact information. Finally a “Tim G****” began to go over the plan that they were going to place me on. He spoke in a very pushy manner, insisting that this was my only option as I was currently unable to get financing- which is not the case at all. I had not even seen any numbers in writing and was being asked to consent to the program. I’ve work... read more

I am still a customer with National Debt Relief-NDR. At this Point, I would like to share these facts that I wish somebody had shared before I signed up with them. 1. Ditch all what you hear on the radio about NDR; phony gimmicks, lies and dishonesty. 2. When reading reviews about NDR, make sure you sort the reviews by 1 star ones; so you can read and hear real experiences of real people who went through hell with NDR, Rather than reading what people who work for NDR have written on ****** and other platforms. 3. When you si... read more

The negotiation process of this business is the worst. I was so much interest in the program want it some information about how they go above their business and help customers like me facing debt situation. The representative who took my call at first he was so polite and professional. The moment I decided not to move forward into the debt program the tone of his voice became clearly upset and disappointed. It did make me realizes of how many individuals who had been in my position before has been treated poorly, uncondescen... read more

I have been with this company since 7/22/16. When we decided to hire this company Ramzy M****** advised that our fears and debts were safe with this company and that we would save going this route rather than slowly paying what we owed. It's not 1/21/19 and out of the 8 accounts they have they have settled 4 accounts at the promised lower rate. We have mentioned multiple times and on recorded lines (as they say all calls are) to work with ******* ***** **** FIRST because they are more aggressive. Any notification we have rec... read more

This company has no communication whatsoever. I found out by going on the website that they wanted ME to call THEM about a settlement offer for my first settlement offer. I am going to call them, however not to discuss the awful settlement they came to but to pull my money to go to another company that actually communicates and keeps in touch with their clients.

National Debt Relief is hands down the WORST experience i have ever had. the negotiation fees were through the roof. I actually only settled one of my 4 debts through there program, the others I ended up pulling out the money from the savings account and paying them. BUT the worst of all was at the end when you were "Graduated". getting your money back is like pulling teeth! They held my money hostage for 2 months while charging me the transaction fees and customer services fees. I had multiple phone conversation, most of th... read more

I am not happy with how this company handles their business. It seems like a good service to help people out that are in debt and want to take responsibility, instead of just filing for bankruptcy. I honestly wish I would have done the latter, because now Im being sued by one of the debt collectors and I now have to go to court and pay fees so that National Debt Relief can try negotiating with them, which I thought is what they were already supposed to be doing. I was even told by an employee, that they have an entire depart... read more

Before signing up understand their process. National Debt relief operates with taking a varied percentage fee from your ORIGINAL balance, not what they “SAVE” from the settled amount. They also do not look to negotiate all your accounts at once (for those with multiple accounts). Instead they focus on your high balances first. When you discuss a monthly settlement amount with them they make it seems like everything will go with that dollar amount and don’t really discuss how their fees are taken from that monthly amount. Exa... read more
