The best oral surgeons in Washington state. I have been to Downtown office, Kirkland office and Northgate office. Best overall experience every time.
These people are the best. I was so worried about the pain from getting a wisdom tooth removed at 55 years old but I literally felt no pain from this. These people are awesome. I highly recommend them.
I saw Dr. Neal at his Northgate office for an extraction and implant for a single molar. The day of my extraction I was prepped and then left waiting for almost 45 minutes while he was (as his assistant told me) cleaning up a shattered tooth on the patient before me. When Dr. Neil finally arrived he was agitated, rough, and clumsy, even dropping a piece of equipment into my mouth and barking "don't swallow that!" After the procedure he disappeared quickly without comment, leaving the assistant to apologize and offer care adv... read more
In April I met with Dr. O'Neil to discuss a dental implant. CT images were taken and after reviewing them he recommended that he call my dentist to discuss a potential bridge while he created a treatment plan to decide if I would need one or two implants and if any bone grafting would be necessary. When I did not hear from his office for close to a month I called to follow up. I asked if Dr Neal had spoken with my dentist and if a treatment plan had been determined. The person checked the notes in the computer and did not fi... read more
I waited a long time to get my wisdom teeth removed, but so glad I finally did it at Neal, Leonard and Sorensen. The office is located near Westlake Center in Seattle, where you'll find many other dentists. The consultation was easy and took very little time. The staff answered all of my questions without missing a beat. I was still nervous going into the procedure, but soon I was out like a light and then awake with a mouth full of cotton. Happy to report minimal pain after the procedure. Two months later my mouth has heale... read more
Terrible office. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, and when I arrived they asked me to fill out the paper work. After I finished, they then told me I'd have to wait over an hour or reschedule. Ultimately, just a waste of time. Have the courtesy and respect to call me ahead of time to reschedule.
Dr Galia Sorensen is an incredibly skilled oral surgeon. I just had a wisdom tooth removed and her skill and experience really showed. I have had very little post-op pain and no bruising. Also there was no feeling of a stretched jaw that often happens with third-molar work. The staff were very friendly, parking is easy and the entire process was made easy for a very anxious patient. I recommend her most highly as an outstanding practitioner with great support staff.
Very professional! I got three wisdom teeth out! Didn't feel any noticeable pain after the surgery. Would recommend this to anyone who wanna find a good oral surgeon!
My experience getting a tooth removed by Dr. Neal was absolutely awful. It's been probably two years since my appointment, but the trauma has haunted me since then and made it even more difficult than it already was for me to trust medical professionals. I told him a few times before the initial appointment that I am generally a low-anxiety patient when it comes to dental care, except when needles are involved. I warned him to be gentle, and that after the anesthetic was applied to my jaw, the rest of the procedure would go... read more
