I was very apprehensive about having my tooth extracted and prep done for an implant. My dentist referred me to Dr. Galia Leonard of Neal & Leonard Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for the work. From beginning to end my tooth extraction and insert replacement went smooth with very little discomfort. Dr. Neal and his staff were very friendly and professional.
I got my wisdom teeth out and it all went very smoothly. Everyone was extremely friendly and even though I was not looking forward to the procedure it was a great overall experience.
All of the doctors were very professional, yet made it a comforting and reassuring experience. I appreciated their patience with questions and concerns that I had and it made for a successful surgery and recovery time.
If you like to be talked to like a child and have your questions ignored by the doctor... Oh and have your phone call hung up on by the receptionist this is the place to go. I wouldn't have even left a review if it wasn't for the horrid post-care customer service. I went in for a consultation for a future jaw surgery, but the doctor insisted the wisdom teeth needed to be removed. So, I had my wisdom teeth removed. The main issue is their poor communication.
