I haven't had any serious problems that required a lot of attention. Mainly just supervising a lesion on my tongue. But I'm very impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and attention to detail that both the front-office and Dr. Leonard have shown. It's an excellent practice and I totally trust their professionalism and care. I've been to both the downtown and Northgate offices and this review applies to both.
I would recommend getting a second opinion before surgery here. The techs and doctor I met with were pushy that I have a surgery that I was not so sure about. I had two second opinions both of which negated my need for invasive surgery. Obviously I was happy to hear I didn't need surgery but I was surprised by how unconcerned the other dentists were compared to how serious the dentist at Neal & Leonard made my condition seem. Their staff is friendly in person but not the nicest over the phone. They also misquoted my insuranc... read more
I really hate giving a bad review.. and they will know who this is.. I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed which they quickly able to fit me in. and the reception was very friendly. however... When I came in to speak to Jack on the day of my surgery he seemed to not know that my surgery was that same day.. he was asking me when I was available next to come in to get them out.... what? that should have been the time for me to turn around and leave. it was a red flag but my wisdom teeth were starting to grow in ... read more
My wisdom tooth (upper right) had been falling apart and I decided to have it out once and for all. I've seen some of my friends suffer through this procedure so I was pretty nervous going in. Turned out that I had nothing to worry about! My grad school insurance covered full anesthetic, so it was like taking a nap and waking up without the offending tooth. The slight pain afterwards was easily covered by ibuprofen, bleeding stopped in about a day, and my face didn't puff up like a chipmunk. My friends couldn't believe how e... read more
I highly recommend Neal O&M. Dr. Neal and his whole staff were very professional and accommodating. It's so nice to know you are in the best of hands when you have a dental procedure done. The staff, from the time you first arrive to the time you leave, makes you feel comfortable and free from worry. They are very sensitive to the feelings of their patients. They also are very thorough in their follow-ups. Very Impressive.... Good vibes in the office! As good as it gets!
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed recently, and the whole process was awesome at Neal O&M. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because the X-ray machine was down, but they were nice about it, had me in two days later and even gave me a Starbucks gift card for checking in via Facebook. Day of surgery, I was in and out in 45 minutes, only under for about 25 minutes. My only complaint was that your ride HAD to be there the whole time...would have appreciated it if I could have just been picked up after surgery. A... read more
My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed and just wanted to say "Thank you!" for doing such an outstanding job. The actual procedure went very well, but it was the above-and-beyond customer service that really wowed me. From the evening phone call from Dr. Neal to personally check in on my daughter to sending flowers to her the day after the surgery. I am so impressed.
