As someone with a deep-seated fear of dentists/dental work, it was important to me that I find an oral surgeon who could accommodate this. Dr. Neal absolutely fits the bill. He oversaw my wisdom teeth extraction (all four), and from the moment I walked in for my initial consultation the staff did everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Neal himself is very kind, and eager to put his clients at ease. Surgery itself was a breeze--so much so that I wanted to kick myself for being so worried about it--and... read more

Please note they have another page with many more nightmare stories. Please do your research. Please note that reviewers here (and more on the other page) talk about being ignored about allergies to medicines. This is serious and I am surprised their competence if not more openly challenged. I also know of another person who went with Galia who is still in pain 9 years later. Please please be thoughtful and listen to your gut on concerns. IF you are totally straightforward case it may be ok, but do you want to support this s... read more

I had another procedure done recently. This time with an extraction and again, Dr. Craig and his staff did a great job. I will need one more implant and definitely will have it done here. By the way, implants are a bit more expensive, but after experiencing a failed bridge, I think I will go for the implant instead if I run into any more problems. Just seems like a more sturdy solution and less risk of impact to surrounding teeth.

I was referred to this Oral Surgery facility (by my general dentist, Jake Park) to have two impacted wisdom teeth taken out. I went in today for my first consultation to see what the procedure would involve and how much it would cost out of pocket. In advance, I had to fill out an online form. It took me forever to fill out, probably 45 minutes, which was a pain, but it was very thorough. It didn't really seem necessary for me to have to fill out phone numbers and addresses for all of my health insurance, doctor, dental insu... read more

The entire staff here was welcoming and comforting the second I walked through the door. Despite squeezing me in for a procedure (at my request), nothing felt rushed or hectic in any way shape or form. They clearly make an effort to create a seamless patient experience from beginning to end and I could not have felt more comfortable in Dr. Neal's competent and gentle hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I recently had all of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Leonard and I could not have been more pleased. Prior to surgery I was having extreme pain and was unable to eat solid foods. After calling and explaining this to the staff they were able to squeeze me in for a consult that day and surgery the next. Dr.Leonard made me feel very comfortable, she answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like she was rushing. She even called me personally on a Saturday morning to see how I was feeling and answer any questions I ma... read more

They came to my rescue as I had a problem with one of my wisdom tooth removed from my dentistry office. Apparently I wasn't clotting were I'm suppose to and so after the initial extraction I stopped bleeding then a massive bleed out. That was the routine, one week no bleeding, the following is a bleed out. By my second time around bleeding out I was up all night 2-3 times every our spitting up blood, gagging on my clots and just going on anemic. I called the dentist and he made me a referral. I was referred to see Dr. Craig ... read more

I just all 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday, one was impacted. I am healing really well and wanted to jump straight on here to sing the praise of Dr craig neal and team. Ive been putting off getting this surgery for 10 plus years, utterly terrified. How silly, this was quick, efficient and totally painless. I went in shaking and crying and about to call if all off, pushed through my fear and had a little laughing gas. Was then given the iv sedation by dr neal and i was completely out within a second or two. Next thing im being w... read more

You are in good hands when you work with Dr. Craig. The surgery went really well....the staff was very attentive and called me at home to check on my recovery. When my regular dentist didn't send my "flipper" to their office the day before my surgery, one of the staff in No Seattle drove to Burien to pick it up....and then it was made incorrectly. The office is beautiful and looks to have very modern equipment. I am comfortable and confident working with them through my implant process and highly recommend you check them out... read more
