Amie is an exceptional surgical assistant. Words can't express how amazing Amie is both on a professional level as well as individual level. I am terrified of needles, she held my hand to comfort me, she listened to what i needed and was very patient with me which made me feel safe.

I was feeling anxious about my procedure and embarrassingly teared up right before things were set to get rolling. One of the people looking after me, named Maddie, did an excellent job listening, putting me at peace and comforting me without babying me. Seriously, 10/10 bedside manner and professionalism. The aftercare and communication were great, and the space was clean and welcoming. Between that and the top notch staff, I'm glad this is the place I chose for my wisdom tooth extraction.

Finally had my forever-partially-erupted wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Galia Leonard. I went to their downtown office for both the initial consultation and for the one-week follow-up check, but had the procedure done at their Northgate location (because that's where Dr Leonard happened to be on the day that worked best for me, plus I was being driven anyway). The extraction took all of 20 minutes. Or so I'm told, because they wiped my memory... I was careful to follow all their instructions before and after the procedure, and... read more

I had three wisdom teeth removed here and have never been treated more poorly. I am a nurse, and know when lines around patient care are crossed. After several unprofessional experiences with the front desk staff, who I believe was also family to the Neals, I developed an infection. When I called to say I was in a great deal of pain and unable to sleep at night, the receptionist responded that I could go buy ibuprofen at the drug store. The amount of pain, and the sleep lost, was horrible. I called again and she informed m... read more

Neal was professional and fast putting in a tooth implant. The prices were competitive, and I would go back to him for the same procedure.

I would not recommend having anything to do with Dr. Leonard. She is a very cold and emotionless person who has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. I went to her for jaw surgery a couple years back and I now feel the need to write about her after being so dissatisfied. The results after the surgery were and are horrible. The brackets to my braces were completely busted up which made me wonder what they had done, my teeth were offset and not touching each other, the stitches looked so unprofessional and now I have... read more

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction that was long overdue, and the reason for the visit was that one of the teeth had decayed and fractured slightly. Dr. Sorenson was my oral surgeon and did a great job of explaining my options for the surgery (in terms of timing, pain management, etc). I'm pregnant so the usual pain killer options weren't available to me, but he explained alternatives as well as the pros and cons of waiting to have the surgery until after I have my baby. Ultimately I decided to have the surgery right aw... read more

I saw Dr. Leonard for lower wisdom teeth extraction. The actual surgery was done very professionally. The dental assistants were also very professional and helpful. For the extraction, I would give them 5 stars. The reason they get 1 star instead is because of the aftercare. Specifically, I have issues with low pain tolerance and resistance to many pain medications. I told them this in writing, and in person, both at the initial consultation and on the day of the surgery. I told them exactly which pain medications work, and ... read more
