I had an excellent experience at Nelson Ford. I purchased a Bronco Outer Banks, and my salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle. What he didn't know, he was not not ashamed to admit. He would quickly get the answers. He did not put the normal hard sell on us, which we appreciated. When we finished with the sales process, we had to move on to the dreaded business manager meeting.
