Tom and I barely had to talk as there we no hiccups. Was able to close the home with 0 hurdles as he and team Tom handled all paperwork for me. I had my closing done in about 30 mins. I recommend Tom and his team to everyone looking for hassle free home buying experience.
Although the employees were friendly and competent, we were hounded for details on our financials that were right on the pages already turned in or details that were so nit picky that they seemed rediculously inconsequential and reptetive.
