Tom was great. He was very responsive, helpful and understanding. He helped us get a better rate then we expected and everything was simple and easy.
Felt like we were left in the dark multiple times, never addressed any of our concerns we brought up to him, and much more. Always felt like we were being dragged through the process. Never want to do business with you ever again.
Nest Home Lending was great to work with. They were always on top of what was happening with my new build and ensured they had any updated paperwork. When it came time to close, they walked me through the complete process and left me worry-free. Thanks Nest Home Lending-Tom, Melissa, and team!
Through the whole process, everything was done over the phone, and never met anyone from Nest Lending, not even at closing. At times the emails I sent with concerns or questions were answered halfway and had to call in order to get my point across. I do not feel that the person in charge of my account went out of their way to educate me throughout the process and I was the one that came to them when all the questions because of information I found on my own. We had a great experience with Nest and Tom Harrison. Quite frankly it was the best home purchase process I have ever had. Tom kept us informed and told us what we needed an when and the rest just happened. I would recommend Tom and Nest to anyone looking for a mortgage!
