We had difficult loan situation. Tom moved heaven and earth to rework our loan 3 times to make it work for us. It’s easy to get impatient with the loan process and I had no idea the work it takes for lending teams to get a loan ready. Not be so pushy. Dont act like everything must be done that minute or else. Answer questions promptly and with more detail.
Tom and his team were superb. Everything was done quickly, communication was excellent, and the final outcome was perfect. We are extremely pleased.
Financing our new home was so easy - we kept waiting for the hard part, but it never came. Tom and his team at Nest took care of everything and kept us informed of all of the upcoming steps. There was never an unwelcome surprise or last minute change. We will definitely use Nest again!
Improve communication about the process, and follow through when you say that you will monitor something and keep the client informed.
The service was fine it wasn't terrible. I felt like I had to ask a lot of the questions because things weren't explained to me as a first time home buyer. I had to reach out initially to even have our first meeting since they never reached out even after they said they would 2 months before our closing date. I had to continually follow up after that and after locking in the rates I hardly heard back again, not that I needed to. So it was an average service. Noy over the top, just what we needed and nothing more.
The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any business. I’ll spare the details, but absolutely do not recommend working with them.
