RecommendedHad the most pleasant experience with Dr. Heather Trout the other day. She reminded me that picture perfect version of a Veterinarian that cares and is educated exist. She isn't pushy and most informative on the happenings of your furry friend! Not to mention the layout was awesome an area separate from dogs so my cat can calm down as we wait for our appointment. RecommendedDr. Trout is by far the best Vet I have EVER worked with. She takes excellent care of my cats, gives fantastic advice and really has a calm, cool demeanor. She has helped me move a diabetic cat into remission and deal with behavioral issues to give another cat peace and happiness. Cannot thank you enough! Sweetest Vet Techs and office staff. Recommendedlove the service I receive here. love how dr trout handled my Ember. Ember isn't the most social cat. they let you know if running late or if they may need to leave during the visit as well as able to contact the vet via email to possibly save a trip. very awesome staff. I now travel from Fredricksburg/Stafford to them. highly recommend them

RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about the staff at New Baltimore Animal Hospital. Not only are they professional, kind and courteous, but they really do go the extra mile. They call and follow up after appointments and even send you photo updates during over night stays. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet that they can trust with their fur babies!
