They are compassionate, they laugh, they cry with us, they offer the best options in medical care and if they cannot provide a specialty they will recommend a facility that can. Dr. Bailey now retired, created the practice and assembled a great team to carry on his good work! Thank you team NBAH for all you do for us!

Very clean facility, exceptionally friendly staff with great customer service. I called to verify an appointment after hours and left a message perfectly fine with receiving a next day callback. I got a return call minutes later confirming my upcoming appointment. Even if you don’t live nearby take the trip out to see them.
The staff is excellent! They’re personable and knowledgeable. Their Dr.‘s have helped my dogs and cats many times.

My kitty and I became new clients at New Baltimore today and they are wonderful! They were recommended to me by Pender Vet and I can see why. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and they were so loving and patient with my nervous kitty. And they gave us a nice little welcome gift baggie with goodies. Rosetta loves the mousie toy. Thank you!
