I have found everyone I have encountered here very friendly and very professional always! I enjoy my visits, my hygienists Michelle is a great asset to you all.
After nearly two years, thousands of dollars, and countless trips my wife is left with an ill fitted top denture. We got nothing for the money. Just got back from a consultation with another dental agency (Denture made too heavy, lopsided and very poor quality). It will be necessary to spend $2400 more now for a total new denture. We will not be going back because lack of confidence.
Felt like i was blown off didn't even realize the appointment ended the dentist never said a word just left not a good experience at all
Previous experiences have been great until today. I was informed today when I arrived for my appointment that I had a balance due which seemed odd because I have had nothing done with the previous visit. As I inquired about what it was for they told that the second set of X-rays they took were not covered by my insurance because previous X-rays that had been done already counted for my once a year X-rays. I needed a root canal in September 2020. They did it saying it was one of the easiest... it failed in December 2020. they stopped taking my insurance in October. refused to treat me unless I paid out of pocket. I have had massive pain a bad infection and since lost the whole tooth because of this!! Great treatment!!! highly recommended NOT!!!
After quite a long wait , I was made to feel rushed. He was too busy. I had my bridge put in and then I had to make another appointment. Starting to feel like the Burger King of dental offices.
