RecommendedPrior to my scheduled root canal I was away and having severe pain. I called the on call service and spoke to Dr Ross. He advised me on something for the pain. Later that evening he called to see how I was doing. He then called the next day also to check on me. The day of the root canal he knew I was very nervous. He did a wonderful calming my nerves and making sure I was not feeling any pain during the procedure. I would highly recommend anyone that is scared or nervous of going to the dentist. I used to think very highly of this place until they completely forgot about me recently. I went in for an emergency appointment in May and they drilled the inside of my tooth out and put something in it. The pain was gone for a few weeks and they told me at the end of that appointment that they were going to put the authorization in for my root canal. so I waited a month and heard nada from them. Not going back there ever !! Not a good practice, I am going to see a new doctor just to confirm the dentist did a terrible job. :( Also the doctor is rude.
There reception ladies are as rude as they come I used to like them a lot but lately they tell your children’s rotten teeth needs no attention after I just went to the orthodontist they sent me to that said two different things smh they can yell at you but god forbid you do it back to them because they keep saying your lying yeah why would I lie kid don’t even like going what u think i just want to waste everyone’s time yeah right totally not cool how they handle it after a week of going back in forth with them and orthodont... read more
