Evidentally, honesty really isn't the best policy for NEW BALTIMORE FAMILY DENTISTRY!!😡 I could have just as easily lied and told them that I'd taken my antibiotic, gotten the cleaning I took time out of my day to be there for, then taken it when I got home. However, I was honest and said that I'd forgotten it. So, for that, the dentist assigned to me refused to do the cleaning!! I even asked if it wouldn't be alright to take it when I got home. RecommendedReceived an appointment immediately after informing them I broke a tooth. They got me right in less than 5 minutes after checking in at the desk. Out in less than 30 minutes.
The hygienist was incredibly rough! She used a thick tool, and after I said, “ouch!” three times and had blood pooling, which I swallowed. She channeled back on the area of blood pooling, and I said, “Stop!” She finally switched to a finer tool, yet, I’m bleeding and then provided water and suction. No relief... Then the water tool! Holy Cow! When I wanted it to stop... she was relentless
I don’t trust them.. I was pushed into an unnecessary root canal., thankfully I got a second opinion.. find a dentist you can trust!
it started out great I had a huge abuses on the bottom of my mouth. and I decided to just get it yanked out it wasn't numb all the way because of the infection but it came out. now I'm in serious pain. but they refused to give me any pain meds...I've been taken way way to much ibuprofen. I understand narcotics are not something freely writen witch if it was only a tooth extract I could deal with but the huge infection makes me in serious pain and I got the run around about the meds. it's not ok to let your patients be in obv... read more
I have been a patient with the practice since 1999 and have had the same dentist and hygensit for the past 13 years. Unfortunately the customer experience has been more negative than positive the past few years. Just this week, after making a 6 month cleaning appointment, I was called where they informed me that they had to cancel the appointment (1 hour before the time and day of appointment). I have been going to this practice for YEARS I had the worst experience of my life on a simple filling.... dentist couldn't seem to get me numb would drill hit a nerve... more novocaine...over and over ...never got me numb where I needed to be...completed the filling left in tears from pain. Now that same filling just done, broke off and I have an exposed nerve root and the office is closed (on a Friday) and the "on call emergency doctor" their website claims to have is non existent no one to call and talk to like an answeri... read more
2 out of 3 Dentists are Not Good that My 2 Sons & I used. Not Only Bad Bedside manner Bad work Also.
They put a claim in that was not done. And refuses to fix it. Spent over 2 hrs trying to fix myself and all those routes told me dentist had to fix. They wont and very rude to me. Dont go there
