Two of the rudest front desk women I ever met. The "manager" who I really do not believe she is, is very unprofessional. She actually stated "FIRST OF ALL!" Then followed with... Like I said!!!" She is a completely unprofessional. This office should do itself a favor and promote Mariah who was able to de-esculate a very bad situation. An addict with a rat's nest of a messy bun, skin and bones, and dirty sat and made faces the whole time. I wouldn't hire her to work with animals, let alone people. Very disappointed, the doctor was very rude made me leave my 7 year old olone because I had my 8 year old in a room with us, I would understand if it was due to covid but 2 weeks prior it was ok to have my children together, then he told my 7 year old son that sometime adults can be stupid! I don't understand how this is exceptible! I will never go there again!

RecommendedThey were very friendly , relaxed me and made me feel comfortable when I was having the most horrible anxiety , I've never experienced before. Because of my last dentist me and my children were afraid to go back to a dentist. When I found New Baltimore Family Dentistry, I was in pain and desperate to find someone I could trust and most importantly took my insurance. RecommendedThis was my first visit to this practice. The office and procedure rooms are pleasant and immaculate. The office staff, hygienist (Shontelle) and dentist (Dr. Casper) were friendly and professional. I really like the idea that this practice is a full service dentistry, unless there is a particularly challenging issue. One suggestion-the new patient forms are blurry, not straight on the paper and one had very tiny print; I think they are ready for a redo.
