Vince was an amazing realtor! My house shopping process was a bit unfocused and he was very patient throughout my indecision. Nick was by far the best agent I’ve worked with. Incredibly honest and knowledgeable. I say honest first because if he doesn’t know something he will tell you and then respond very quickly with a real answer. At one point he noticed the home we were choosing were getting more and more expensive due to our excitement and he was able to keep us on track even though the bank gave us more funding. I can keep going on and on with examples. We found the house we were looking for and are now making a home thanks to Nick.
Randy is fantastic! He’s engaging and professional and knows the ins and outs about what needs to be done to get your house sold. Randy has local connections too that are great for getting any high quality repairs completed quickly. I will absolutely have Randy be my agent in the future and recommend him to anyone who wants the best!
We met with several realtors when shopping around, but Nick stood out with his down-to-earth personality, his responsiveness, and his honesty. He's a great listener who suggested houses that matched up with what we wanted and never exceeded our budget. He made sure the process was as smooth as possible, answered any questions we had in a timely manner, and gave great advice. The cherry on top is that he's also an amazing negotiator because he was able to get the price to be below asking! Highly recommend.
Michael sold me this house four years ago, and this year sold it for me! I worked with Michael because he knows this neighborhood extremely well and has always been a super neighbor.
