As a first time homebuyer the process is very intimidating. You don’t know the language, so to speak. Caitlyn made it super easy and helped me through every step of the process. She even helped me find a mortgage company that was easy to work with. She listened to what I was looking for and she found *that* home for me…the place where I was in the kitchen when I told her I wanted to put an offer down. Caitlyn was a great person to work with in me and my husband's search for a home, especially as first-time homebuyers. She offered a lot of support and knowledge throughout the whole process. We were extremely lucky to have someone like Caitlyn who was caring enough and willing to talk us through every step of the process!
I thought the whole process of finding a home would be cumbersome. I had so many fears going into purchasing a home and how to come up with the proper down payment. I saved money for years, and I didn’t want to crack the piggy bank. Luckily for me, Nick was a godsend. He showed me there were other ways of getting my dream home than the traditional down payment, then he helped me draw up a game plan with a lower than anticipated mortgage payment.
Michael was always available to answer our questions and show us homes, which were quite a few. If he couldn't show us a home, he connected us with someone who could. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
Vince was very helpful through the entire home buying process. Responsive and flexible during viewings, had my interests in mind when finding potential properties. Very knowledgeable during the offer and paperwork phase. Even responsive and helpful following the sale.

Working with Micheal Lopez over the passed 2 years, selling our home and buying 2 new homes, has truly been a pleasure. Micheal is always available, very prompt, calm, and attentive. His insight and timing has enabled a very smooth transition from our old home to our new homes. We appreciate all he has done for us and highly recommend his service.
Mr. Lopez is knowledgeable about the real-estate market. Gives good advice to help you make an informed decision, but allows you to decide. Kept us appraised of the comps as well as the rising and falling of interest rates. At the end the personal touch added a level of class to seal the deal.
TLDR: Vince was tremendously helpful during our home buying process and we can't recommend him enough! Vince knows the Baltimore area extremely well and was full of information: from the best neighborhoods to fit our needs, all the way to things that are not a Realtors main job, such as home improvement/plumbing/electric questions.
