Dave is the most patient realtor you'll ever have the privilege to work with. We met each other about a year ago when my fiancé (now wife) and I were interested in starting the process of buying our first home. Working with Dave Jimenez was an absolute pleasure!! He always made us feel as if we were his number one priority and treated us just like family!! he is excellent agent, he knows the staff and help you in every aspect of the home buying process. I highly recommend him. When ever you call him he answers the phone and give you the answer at spot. Very hard working and gives genuine professional advice which help me to make logical decision

Dave was a great realtor. He helped me navigate the home buying process as a first-time home buyer. Also, I was relocated to Baltimore after spending the last 7 years in the DC metro area. Dave was knowledgeable of the Baltimore area and attentive to my wish list(even when it changed). I was pleased with my home choice and Dave made sure i got a good deal. Six months after closing we're still in touch and he remains willing to help.
